My experience working with UAS is exceptional!When we started UAS, we all brought our specific skill sets which when put together as a team, worked wonders! I knew each and every person's skill set and what role they played in the company, just as they knew me and the rest of the team. We had each other's back and we delivered. Well, we had our share of setbacks, but this did not stop us from succeeding. We had a good leader and great plans. Though our execution was far from perfect, one way or another, we still persevered. As UAS grew, so did our skills. We learned from our mistakes and losses and became better. I owe whatever success I have to this team... I can honestly say that we were a solid team, we still are.I also learned that our team needed more people or may I say members to help us achieve our goals. There a lot of fields where we are not experts on, and this is where the new guys come in. I see potential growth for UAS with the new members that has become part of our team.I see us continuously working together to execute our goals, as a team... as a family!

In UAS, we are rewarded for good performance. I am inspired to do my best because management acknowledges and recognizes my efforts.I have been part of the UAS family for over a decade and I can’t thank them enough for paving the way to a meaningful and fruitful career. We’ve had our ups and downs, but one thing’s for sure, UAS will always have my back because I am a valued family member. This is my comfort and courage zone!

Being with UAS for 8 years, I’ve gained a lot of things such as knowledge, skills, experience & most especially friends that you can treat as family. As we all know, doing sales is not that easy but with our team, we help each other which makes our job bearable if not easier. I’m proud to say that I’m part of the UAS family.
