Solutions:
Improving coverage in external communications, handling security threats and adapting to increased traffic and scalability were primary concerns for the client. Adapting Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ (BSP) new policies for digital advancement for a “branch of the future” concept also needed to be addressed.
UAS’ response was to upgrade the web and SMTP gateway which resulted in a more reliable way to support traffic from mail and Internet, as well as improved threat management and traffic visibility. Added features such as comprehensive monitoring, reporting and added security features ensured proper adaptability.
Addressing BSP’s new policies, UAS provided end-to-end solutions like Internet, mobile, agency and branchless banking which are supported by reliable networking, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and data management.
