Responsibilities:
Client Support and Relationship Building:
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support the senior sales team by managing client inquiries, updates, and general account needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to build rapport and understand client needs.
Sales Strategy and Support:
- Participate in developing sales strategies and action plans to drive account growth.
- Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Learn to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and materials with the guidance of senior team members.
Account Coordination and Project Management:
- Help coordinate sales activities, meetings, and timelines, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
- Track sales progress, follow up on action items, and keep the team updated on client developments.
- Attend client meetings, taking notes and preparing follow-up actions.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
- Gather and organize data on client sales performance, usage trends, and feedback.
- Prepare simple reports to communicate key insights and performance metrics to the sales team.
- Assist in analyzing client data to identify patterns and provide basic recommendations for improvement.
Professional Development and Training:
- Attend regular training on sales techniques, client management, and negotiation.
- Participate in workshops and shadow experienced sales account managers to learn industry best practices.
- Seek mentorship and feedback to continuously improve skills and adapt to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
