Product Manager

Job Overview:

The Product Manager is expected to lead the development and lifecycle management of our Managed Services Best of Breed (BOB) portfolio, with a focus on Managed NOC, Managed SD-WAN, Managed SASE, and Cloud Infrastructure solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our service offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Responsible for attaining (and monitoring) overall Managed Best of Breed and ATMOS portfolio targets
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed NOC, Managed SD-WAN, SASE, and Cloud Infrastructure services.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, marketing) to deliver high-impact solutions.

Service Design & Development

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and cost-effective managed services.
  • Define scope of work, service-level agreements (SLAs), operational processes, and support models.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.

Go-to-Market & Enablement

  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, RFP responses, and solution design.

Lifecycle Management

  • Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feature enhancements, cost optimization, and service innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in managed services, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of Managed NOC, SD-WAN, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with service design, vendor management, and agile product development.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or cloud/networking certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP) is a plus
  • Experience working with MSPs, telecom providers, or enterprise IT environments.
