Job Overview:
- Engage in bilingual communication (Mandarin/Korean and English) to understand
and address the specific needs of tourists and establishments. - Efficiently manage and categorize diverse inquiries related to tourism,
accreditation, and opportunities within the sector. - Address and process escalations pertaining to complaints, emergencies, and
incident reports, ensuring a swift and empathetic response. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, endorsements, and
complaints, adhering to TACC’s structured formats and guidelines. - Effectively use available resources such as the Department of Tourism website,
accredited documents, and external sources to provide accurate and up-to-date
information. - Uphold a high standard of customer service, prioritizing tourist satisfaction, trust,
and confidence in TACC’s services. - Collaborate with other TACC agent
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Mandarin or Korean and English.
-Certified language proficiency (HSK for Mandarin, TOPIK for Korean), with a preference for advanced level certification.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
