Job Overview:

  1. Engage in bilingual communication (Mandarin/Korean and English) to understand
    and address the specific needs of tourists and establishments.
  2. Efficiently manage and categorize diverse inquiries related to tourism,
    accreditation, and opportunities within the sector.
  3. Address and process escalations pertaining to complaints, emergencies, and
    incident reports, ensuring a swift and empathetic response.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, endorsements, and
    complaints, adhering to TACC’s structured formats and guidelines.
  5. Effectively use available resources such as the Department of Tourism website,
    accredited documents, and external sources to provide accurate and up-to-date
    information.
  6. Uphold a high standard of customer service, prioritizing tourist satisfaction, trust,
    and confidence in TACC’s services.
  7. Collaborate with other TACC agent

Qualifications:

-Fluent in Mandarin or Korean and English.
-Certified language proficiency (HSK for Mandarin, TOPIK for Korean), with a preference for advanced level certification.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
