Job Overview:
The Channel Program Coordinator is someone who will foster relationships with third-party channel partners, create performance-driving programs, and align initiatives with overall business goals.
– Coordinate and support the implementation of channel partner programs, including marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and training initiatives.
– Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including communication, support, and coordination of activities.
– Coordinate logistics for partner events, meetings, trainings, and other activities
– Manage documentation and administrative tasks related to channel programs, contracts, agreements, and partner profiles.
– Assist in the creation and distribution of channel marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and promotional resources.
– Provide support to channel partners regarding sales processes, deal registration, pricing, and order management.
– Tracking and report key performance metrics, sales data, and program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with internal teams to support channel initiatives and objectives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or channel management, preferably in the technology or related industry.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
