Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients requiring Call Center, I.T. and Managed Network Services. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, offering existing solutions that addresses that specific need or needs, presenting compelling proposals that showcase the value of our managed services solutions. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and service requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address client needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the benefits of our managed services offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Having an ITIL background and/or certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles within the IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of Call Center technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
