Job Overview:
- Review payroll run reports and validation against the changes/inputs provided to a
payroll provider - Ensure end to end payroll process completion, reconciliation with net pay payment,
tax payments, and communication to accounting team on reconciling variances - Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
- Provide assistance in administering, preparation and computation of employee
benefit programs - Administer prepare and compute statutory and company benefits
- Handle timekeeping and payroll input and validation
- Oversee salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and
benefits for employees. - Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed

- Administer accurate bank crediting every payroll
- Perform other job-related duties that may be assigned by the Manager from time to
time - Ad-hoc projects, analysis, and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, or any related courses.
- Preferably with at least two 2 years’ experience as payroll specialist or equivalent professional practice and be able to communicate effectively in both technical and nontechnical terms
- Responsible for employee semi-monthly payroll, monetary benefits payout and last pay processing
- Expose in Handling government reports such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth, such as monthly contribution and employee statutory benefits payments (loan payments), including monthly statutory deductions
- Proficient in with various industry applications Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and others), HRIS, Timekeeping, Payroll & Accounting System (2-3yrs experience)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in English communication skills, both oral and written
- Willing to learn and be trained.
- Willing to work onsite everyday

- Experience to handle 1,500 employees and up
