HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

Job Overview:

Organizational Development & Employee Relations:

  • Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, and business unit restructuring.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues through thorough investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with the legal department as needed.
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Screen CVs and internship applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

HR Strategy & Analytics:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance appraisals, grievance handling, and employee separation.
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and develop solutions for improving retention and employee experience.
  • Assess manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and timely backfill hiring.
  • Identify and coach underperforming employees to drive performance improvements and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business reviews, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
