Job Overview:
The Field technician Support to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provides onsite support for IMAC (Install-Move-Add-Change)
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, testing, and repair of computer equipment and peripherals (Desktop,Laptop, POS units, CCTVs, DVRs, etc.)
- Perform an Investigation to the reported issue request by the users.
- Provide solutions and recommendation based on the identified cause of error/problem.
- Provide an updated inventory for both computers, peripherals, assignee, and location.
- Configures end-user equipment according to pre-approved end-user settings.
- Basic Network Troubleshooting and repair
- Provide remote-hand support for Servers, Switches, Routers &, etc. (with the guidance of the client/provider)
- Maintains records of daily activities, service reports, and job orders
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor College Degree, any field.
- Good knowledge on Help Desk and IT technical support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to deal with challenging customers in a professional and supportive manner and to see these through to resolution.
