Job Overview:

The Field technician Support to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.


  • Provides onsite support for IMAC (Install-Move-Add-Change)
  • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, testing, and repair of computer equipment and peripherals (Desktop,Laptop, POS units, CCTVs, DVRs, etc.)
  • Perform an Investigation to the reported issue request by the users.
  • Provide solutions and recommendation based on the identified cause of error/problem.
  • Provide an updated inventory for both computers, peripherals, assignee, and location.
  • Configures end-user equipment according to pre-approved end-user settings.
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting and repair
  • Provide remote-hand support for Servers, Switches, Routers &, etc. (with the guidance of the client/provider)
  • Maintains records of daily activities, service reports, and job orders


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor College Degree, any field.
  • Good knowledge on Help Desk and IT technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with challenging customers in a professional and supportive manner and to see these through to resolution.
