Job Overview:

The Junior Sales Account Manager position is an entry-level role designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and client engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in managing client accounts, supporting sales activities, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Support

  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive overall experience.
  • Support senior account managers by handling client inquiries, updates, and day-to-day account concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to build rapport, clarify client needs, and understand business challenges.

Financial Targets

  • Support the achievement of company financial targets, including Sales, Margin, Gross Profit, and Pipeline.
  • Provide weekly activity reports and updates to help track progress and support pipeline visibility.

Sales Strategy & Account Support

  • Participate in developing sales strategies and account action plans focused on growth and retention.
  • Assist in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials with guidance from senior team members.

Account Coordination & Project Tracking

  • Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and timelines to ensure smooth communication across internal teams.
  • Attend client meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Monitor account progress and ensure timely updates and deliverables.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Gather and organize client data, performance metrics, and feedback for review.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries to support sales forecasting and account reviews.
  • Assist in identifying trends and potential improvement opportunities.

Professional Development & Training

  • Complete required sales training and development programs.
  • Build a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
  • Continuously improve client management, communication, and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with technical background are encouraged to apply.
