Job Overview:
Organizational Development & Employee Relations:
- Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, and business unit restructuring.
- Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues through thorough investigations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with the legal department as needed.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Screen CVs and internship applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Strategy & Analytics:
- Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance appraisals, grievance handling, and employee separation.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and develop solutions for improving retention and employee experience.
- Assess manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and timely backfill hiring.
- Identify and coach underperforming employees to drive performance improvements and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership on business reviews, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
