Job Overview:
As an ISP SALES REPRESENTATIVE at Universal Access and Systems Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales by promoting and selling internet services to residential and commercial customers through outbound and social media platforms. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a deep understanding of the internet services offered by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively engage with prospective customers through warm, cold, hot calling. Promote internet packages, features, and services to meet customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet plans and services. Explain pricing, promotions, and contract terms clearly to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Senior High completer or college undergraduate are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an internet service provider sales role.
