Location: Pasig City
Job Overview:
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and builds business relationship to generate profit for the company.
- Maintain strong client relationship through regular close contact account management that includes regular client visit and communication.
- Present Corporate Profile, Products & Services, and solutions to be offered to the customer.
- Coordinate with Technical & Pre Sales team in preparing sales proposal.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieve sales target set by the company.
- Establish healthy relationship with principals, suppliers and business partners to ensure support for projects being worked on.
- Submit weekly activity reports and sales pipelines.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars, webinars, and in-house trainings.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Creates a positive work environment that encourages employee participation and values the contribution of all employees.
- Understands the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation. (e.g. CRM & Escalation procedures)
- Pro-active thinking – thinks outside of her/his job description, and implements tasks that needs to be done without prior instructions from management
- Understands and Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company’s objectives.
- Responsible for coordinating and attending all Marketing events conducted by the management, suppliers or principal.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all existing and future projects with regards to the following PROJECT MANAGEMENT details:
- Ordering from suppliers
- Coordinating project kick-offs
- Monitoring all equipment ETAs and coordinating them with clients
- Monitoring/Coordinating technical installations if needed
- Monitoring client payments (ensure that all payments are on time)
- Coordinating technical support issues when they arise
- Replying to any other project concerns, if applicable
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Must have handled IT Sales (software, hardware, etc)
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Good to excellent communication and written skills
- Proficient in MS Office
