Technical Support Engineer Lead (Enterprise Network and Collaboration)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, CoE, CS, Information Technology
  • Requires extensive knowledge in the following technology areas: Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Service Provider
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments, different partners and customers
  • Has solid experience in handling an IT team
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in simultaneous tickets
  • Ability to be available 24/7 for customer support escalations
  • At least with certification from any of the following principal vendors: Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, VMware, Dell, HPE, Trend Micro, Huawei
  • With a solid foundation regarding routing and switching
  • With at least 1 year of experience of managing network and/or data center operations preferably focused on providing technical support for any of the following technologies: Enterprise network (LAN and WLAN), Voice/Collaboration (VOIP and Video Conference), Network Security, Data Center
  • Willing to be assigned on-site/on-field as needed
