Job Overview:

As an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE at Universal Access and Systems Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing sales opportunities through outbound and inbound communication. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.


  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, emails, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers via phone or video conferencing.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Experience in IT Sector is a must.
