Job Overview:

  • Onsite dedicated technical engineer to report in the department office from Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm for the duration of the endpoint renewal. Responsible for assisting in:
  • Report generation
  • Ticket creation and ensure completion
  • Monitoring of alerts
  • Application of solutions provided by solutions provider
  • Coordination of results with security solutions provider

Qualifications:

With experience/background in Cyber Security, Trend Micro.
1 to 2 years experience.
Trend Micro certifications or any related certifications is a plus.
