Job Overview:


Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing various customer issues received through different channels as well as provide clients with information on products and services through different channels as well as provide clients with information on products and services; transactions can be related to billing and collection support, client inquiries, technical or products support.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer concerns over the phone / email / chat
  • Respond to customers concerns by providing initial troubleshooting steps
  • Gather customer information, recommend solutions and other services appropriate
  • Record the reported problems and routes it to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Engage prospective clients and understand their needs to drive a possible sale
  • Delight customers and ensure best customer experience possible

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree graduates, or college undergraduates with at least 1 year related work experience
  • Must have good English written and verbal skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays and weekends
  • Must be computer literate
