We are looking for a passionate Account Managers who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Account Manager’s role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, close and manage solutions (IT services) sales to deliver value in the application development lifecycle space.
- Develop and maintain a current account plan for each major client detailing their business and IT objectives and their key relationships, our current business with the client, and our plans to grow the business within the account.
- Leads the sales and marketing efforts to ensure growth and profitability.
- Keep management informed of competitive and market issues via timely monthly reports and other specifically requested reports.
- Lead and participate in the contract negotiation
- Provide sales support to partner sales organizations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, customer price quotes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Bluecoat etc. is an advantage.
- Handled different Accounts like for Enterprise, Commercial, Service Provider and Financial Institution.
